1966 Autavia “45” (Valjoux 92) US Military Air Force Pilot’s Watch. Comes in an Orignal 1960’s Heuer Box with Strap and Heuer Signed Steel Buckle. Complete with Service Receipts for Tag Heuer Service

This fantastic looking early 2nd generation Heuer Autavia was originally owned by a US Air Force Pilot who had it from new in 1966. This watch was completely overhauled by Tag Heuer in 2004 with a new glass, pushers and strap fitted. It comes in original Heuer Autavia vintage 1960’s box and with steel buckle signed “Heuer” and with service receipts for a complete service at Tag Heuer (total cost £328) as a result of which the Valjoux 92 movement functions flawlessly and it is keeping spot on time. The completely original jet black dial with two white sub-dials is in perfect condition, one of the best example Heuer dials we have seen. This Autavia also has the rarer 12 Hour version rotating Bezel that makes it very simple and attractive to look at and very desirable. A fine 1960s Military Pilot’s Heuer to complete any Heuer collection. Rare and beautiful.
