A superb quality WW1 era antique solid 9ct rose gold wristwatch with its original very rare solid rose gold expandable bracelet, in outstanding condition.
The strap has a safety catch and is elasticated to fit comfortably.
The white porcelain dial has elegant black Roman numerals save for a lovely red 12 marker. The watch retains its original elegant thin leaf hands in black. The dial is perfect with no cracks or blemishes!
The hinged back (again, hinge and back are perfect) opens up to show the hallmark stamps for the London Assay Office 9ct .375 Gold and the date mark for 1913.
The importer’s mark is that of reknowned firm of Louis Weill, one of the best of the time situated at 3 High Holborn, London
The watch movement is hand-wound, pin set and Swiss Made of very high quality. Just serviced and running perfectly. Under warranty for a year.
