Lovely classic Rolex oyster reference 6480 from the heyday of vintage watches in the 1950’s. Fully functional and keeping excellent time.
The case is stamped “Brevet 6480” between the lugs.
The inner caseback is stamped “Montres Roles SA Geneva Switzerland Patented Stainless Steel 6480” and also “III.55” for the Third Quarter of 1955.
The Rolex Calibre 1210 Manuel winding movement is in excellent condition and running strong.
This watch comes on correct Rolex steel oyster expanding bracelet reference 6635 in excellent tight condition and with no stretch.
