A hard to find and sought after watch, especially in this all stainless steel case, as those of you who have tried to find steel ones will know. This vintage Breitling 815 chronograph with desirable silver dial with three black sub-dials is a lovely big watch on the wrist and in very good shape. This beautiful example model reference 815 is the so-called “Long-Playing” Chronograph. “Long Playing” refers to the extraordinary length of the mainspring with a 52-hour power reserve from a single wind. The Breitling model reference 815 is on the case-back along with the Breitling serial number dating the watch to 1973 . The watch comes in a high-quality wooden display box and on a genuine Breitling black and white stitched and padded strap with Breitling signed buckle. Hard to find and in very, very nice condition.
