The bezel on this Breitling reference 

D13352 is made of solid 18K yellow gold as are the links on its accompanying bracelet!

The “D” in the reference number indicates that the watch is a bi-color model, featuring a stainless steel case with solid gold elements. Specifically, the bezel is solid 18K yellow gold, while the rider tabs are also solid 18K gold and the main case is stainless steel. 
The “B” reference (e.g., B13352), by contrast, typically has a stainless steel bezel with 18k gold rider tabs and gold-plated crown/pushers. The “D” reference uses solid gold for these components, not just plating.

This particular also watch features a distinctive and rare original Breitling special order blue dial with gold-accented subdials and a matching gold bezel, contrasting with the stainless steel case and original solid gold and steel Breitling bracelet.

This watch comes with all its original Shop Receipts dated 9/5/2001 from John Morley Jewellers in Watford as well as all its original Breitlkng paperwork and Booklets and it still has the original Breitling Bezel protector still in place!
