Description
Made in 1964, this is the very First Execution Mark 1.1 of the Breitling Top Time 810. This watch has the desirable Reverse Panda with black dial and white sub-dials and is in completely original condition.
These early case Mark 1.1 Top Times are rare. They have a different case style to the later Mark 2 Top Times in that these have softer lug lines that run right up to the monocoque one-piece front-loading all stainless steel case. These waterproof cases were made Ervin Piquerez SA (EPSA and are a very nice size at 38.5mm ex signed Breitling crown.
This watch comes paired on a top quality Breitling real crocodile skin strap with Breitling buckle and is a truly lovely example.
Finally, we acquired this watch from the son of the original owner who bought it new in 1964, so the Provence is rock solid.
