Description
Rolex Oysterdate Precision Model 6694 dated to 1974. Stunning sought-after original Rolex jet gloss black and silver dial in pristine order with original silver baton hands and hour markers with original faded lume. it’s rare to find an original factory black dial most have been refinished.
The case is stainless steel in exceptional condition no major dings or dents. Case back is signed Rolex on the inside. The case is stamped with the correct model number, 6694 and serial number 3792667 (again dating the watch to 1974) between the lugs. The Rolex manual wind movement is in superb condition and is running beautifully and keeping time. Orignal Rolex date calendar with open 6’s and 9’s.
One of the best Oysterdate Precisions we have had, especially in this desirable black dial with silver hands configuration!. Case diameter without the crown is 35mm. Comes on its accompanying original Rolex Oyster bracelet reference 78350/19 dated 1976 (when the watch would have orignally been sold and put on the bracelet by the store). Bracelet is full length with 19mm reference 557 end pieces.
