Arrow-head Hands. Gilt dial. Awesome watch in mint condition. This is a classic Seamster 300 dating from late 1962 to early 1963 according to its correct 20 million movement serial number. The movement itself is an Omega Automatic Calibre 552 one of the great workhorses in the Omega line and is in spectacularly preserved condition as you can see for the photographs. It has been recently serviced and is running like a dream.
The 39mm straight-lug steel case is in perfect, unpolished and sharp condition with a still perfect Hippocampus on the back (again, please see the photographs).
However, the piesta de resistance of this watch is its awesome completely original jet black and gilt dial with arrow-head markers and its unique arrowhead hands, a real head turner! Beautiful condition.
A beautiful and classic Seamaster 300 Divers Watch in exceptional unpolished condition. Only the second generation in this classic and still running line central to the Omega catalogue of great watches. The 14755 was a rare transitional watch and only produced between 1962 and 1963.
